This is anything that humanity is capable of but doesn’t normally practice or use.  This can be any skill.  Usually it is thought of as something that deals with the mind.

This is any skill or ability upon which science hasn’t been able to understand or duplicate.  Hypnotism was once considered to be magic.  These days however science has thinks it has learned most of its secrets.  Certainly it has learned enough to reproduce the effect consistently enough with out error.

Every so often you see a child who is born mentally or physically incomplete.  That is they are missing something upon which the general population has.  This is called a handicap.

 

There are several different ways these handicaps can be formed.  That is several different ways these deficiencies can come about. 

 

The first way is that a person is born this way.  They are this way from birth and have never known any difference.

 

The second method is that it is possible to give something away.  People donate their kidneys all the time to someone else and still live relatively normal lives.

 

The third way is that something can be stolen.  Accidents can cause injuries upon which amputation is required.  Wars and fighting frequently bring this same situation around.

There are three places in which these handicaps can exist.  All parts of our being are capable of being affected by them.

Here I remind everyone to set upper limits boundaries for what ever they do.  I have seen articles in science magazines where this is possible to various extents.  Magically speaking it is also with in the realm of possibility.

 

For example we could say you wanted a rainstorm to water your crops.  You decide to make it rain lightly for a day or two.  Only thing is that you put all your strength and power into it.  The result is that the magic becomes uncontrollable.  It rains heavily for a week flooding the land and destroying your crops.

This is nothing more then government intervention and control.  As much as they try it isn’t possible to make any such idea work fully in the realms of the paranormal.

 

Another thing to consider is that depending on the wording of the license it may be possible to limit one or two skills practitioners possess.  Quite often many different skills are linked closely and are related.  If one part of them were no longer accessible then you would lose the ability to work in other areas other then the ones that were restricted.

 

The last thing to consider is that it is very possible to learn some very powerful skills with out any previous knowledge and supervision.  This project is an example of that.  All of it is my own work.  I will admit I have modified a few ideas gained from other places.  Most of it however is my own.  If I can create something like this, then it is possible for someone else to.  It is possible to learn and practice these skills without anyone else ever knowing.  This situation makes it impossible to for the idea of licensing to ever fully work.

 

There is only one reason I can see to license the paranormal or magic.  That idea is simply control of those who practice it.  Given my methods anyone is capable of some potential.

Using magic requires the ability to use two forms of mediation.  Those are the Void and the Light.  First enter into the void to clear your mind.  Second use the light to focus your thoughts.  Finally change from the light to the idea of what you wish to accomplish.  If you have the ability, strength, energy and focus required what you wish to accomplish will come to pass. 

 

It is as simple as that.  Of course there is no real way of knowing if you have met all the requirements until the results or lack of results are noticed.

 

Unfortunately many people haven’t taken the time to gain those requirements.  The lack of one of those four requirements is the main reason for failure.
